I’m Rachel Rice, owner and principal planner of The One Moment Events. I’ve spent the last decade producing weddings that feel effortless, intentional, and deeply personal-especially for couples planning from a distance.
With strong DC expertise and destination planning experience, I act as your on-the-ground partner: sourcing the right venues, building the right vendor team, protecting the budget, and ensuring every decision ladders back to your priorities: an elevated guest experience, timeless design, and a reception that feels electric.
